Structure of a workout
You may structure your workout according to your specific goals and abilities. Do whatever is appropriate for you based on your experience and conversations with coaches. Are you slow? Overweight? A walker? If so, you're in good company.

Personal coaching services are available to runners and walkers who need individual coaching on top of the excellent group coaching that comes with your standard group membership.
