You may structure your mid-week workout according to your specific goals, abilities and training schedule. Do whatever is appropriate for you based on your experience and conversations with coaches. Are you slow? Overweight? A walker? If so, you're in good company. We are a group of individuals who have come together as a group while training to become healthier on our way to a target distance 10K, half marathon or marathon. We hope to see you at one of our mid-week workouts and Saturday mornings too! Boise running!
